苦甜巧克力(Dark Chocolate)

巧克力課!! =D
今天老師叫我們調溫..
我的天啊..只是調溫就可以花一天的時間了..(如果調不對啦..哈哈..)
溫度要上升,然後下降,然後有上升的..@@

Today learn about how to temperature forecast..
OMG..just learn how to temperature forecast only need to speed whole day..
(actually is forecast wrongly la..haha..)
the chocolate temperature rise,the drop,after that need rise again..@@

沒有模型也可以用筆..哈哈哈..^^
If no mold,can use pen..haha..^^
 Da!!Ta!!完成了..=D
這次做的是實心的..下次做會有餡料的..^^
不夠亮..如果巧克力的溫度調的好,光澤會很亮

This is solid type dark chocolate..
next time,teacher will teach us chocolate with filling..^^
look this chocolate..is not enough luster..
If chocolate temperature forecast better..then will look luster..

那是放進冰箱后產生的..
巧克力不可以放冰箱的..
因為會有水氣,有水氣的巧克力就不能保存很久..
知道巧克力怕什麽嗎??
巧克力最怕的是水..

That is after keep in the refrigerator..
Chocolate cannot keep in the refrigerator..
because got water vapor,once chocolate got water vapor,then cannot keep for long time..
Know what chocolate are most afraid??
is WATER..
